Well, we have lots happening this June.
Well, we have lots happening this June. First off, sees the start of our new wine society. Every few weeks we will be inviting our favourite wine makers to come and do a FREE informal wine tasting in BAROCCA.
Kicking off this months FREE TASTING on WEDNESDAY 3RD JUNE AT 6.30PM, will be Lucas from GROOTE POST.
He will taste his wines with you and you can decide what your favourite is. We can’t wait! There is limited space, so call beforehand on 021 785 5123.
SATURDAY 6TH JUNE, from 7pm, is when the popular band ‘LOCALS UNPLUGGED’ will be singing all your favourite tunes. There is NO COVER CHARGE - come and support our local band. It’s really great to see the huge fan base they are building up. Well done guys!
FRIDAY 12TH & SATURDAY 13TH JUNE AT 7pm. Comedian MARK SAMPSON will be here at BAROCCA with his show. Last chance to catch him before he goes off on his national tour this year. The Star newspaper calls him ‘the funniest comedian in South Africa’ and we have to agree. Not a show to miss and the tickets are R60 per person. Very limited availability-pop in or call RIOJA on 021 785 5123 to reserve your ticket. Tickets are payable on booking.
Don’t forget that 21ST JUNE is Fathers Day. Treat your Dad to an ICE COLD BEER at BAROCCA, before your scrumptious lunch at RIOJA. We also have GIFT VOUCHERS available to purchase.

Our new menu and wine list is almost completed and will be off on its merry way to the printers shortly. We are very excited about it and for a taster of what’s to come **click here**.
We are introducing a new LIGHTER OPTION for lunchtimes. Serving between 12 and 3pm.
